1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern all spa bookings, treatments, packages and website use between you (the “Guest”) and Senior Spa (seniorspaup.com), 15215 32 Ave, Surrey, BC, Canada (Business Number (BN): 815-327-904).

2. Services Provided

Senior Spa offers hydrotherapy sessions, gentle massages, yoga classes, nutritional guidance, day passes, and multi-day wellness retreats designed to promote relaxation, health, and vitality. Detailed inclusions, schedules, and pricing are outlined at booking.

3. Booking & Agreement Formation

To book treatments or packages, please use our online reservation form or email info@seniorspaup.com. A confirmed booking and payment constitute a binding agreement for the selected services.

4. Fees & Payment

All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and e-transfer. Unless otherwise specified, bookings must be paid in full to secure your appointment.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change and offer the following refund terms:

• Cancel ≥7 days before appointment: Full refund (100%) of service fees.
• Cancel 3–6 days before appointment: 50% refund to cover preparation costs.
• Cancel <3 days before appointment: No refund, as time and resources are reserved.

Processing: Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days via the original payment method. Partial service used will be deducted proportionally.

6. Liability & Limitation

While we strive for a safe and rejuvenating experience, Senior Spa is not liable for personal injuries resulting from undisclosed health conditions. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.

7. Health & Safety

Guests must disclose any medical conditions or allergies prior to treatment. Senior Spa reserves the right to refuse or modify services for safety reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on seniorspaup.com, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Senior Spa. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR and Canadian privacy laws.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Surrey, BC.
